Design & Cost Advice
Design & Cost Advice
Design & Cost Advice, Good office design commences with the interrogation and thorough understanding of a client’s specific requirements.
It is widely recognised that excellent office environments lead to far better user experience including the use of the space, attraction and retention of the workforce, improved office dynamics, social interaction and staff motivation.
CHI Projects can provide design & cost advice services that will engage and challenge your intended requirements in a collaborative manner to ensure that you as a client obtain best value from your investment.
Once an initial design has been agreed, our technical team will provide a set of drawings and specifications that will then be costed by one of our estimators, providing you with a preliminary construction cost plan for you to bench mark affordability. Why work doesn’t happen at work
Should it be required, CHI Projects are experienced in working with clients on an ‘open book’ basis to ‘value engineer’ initial designs to meet budgetary constraints.
Our aim is always to interpret the requirements of our Clients in the promotion of their corporate identity through the design and layout of their premises.
Primary in this matter is the incorporation, often in a subtle or subliminal way, of colours utilised in their corporate logo and letterheads.
Emphasis must be placed on reception, circulation, meeting and breakout areas as these are the “public face” of any fit out or refurbishment project and dramatic first impressions need to be both tasteful and memorable.
We work extensively with our clients at the development stage of the interior design in order to maximise the feel good factor for staff and visitors, whilst always ensuring that the final design is fundamentally fit for purpose and efficient in the utilisation of space.
Chi design & cost advice help interpret your requirements through the design and layout of premises and the promotion of the corporate identity.
